Why Desktop

The same NexuAttend —
with a front door of its own

The desktop app is a thin Windows shell around the live platform. Nothing is copied onto the machine and nothing runs behind your back: the app you open is the app your team is already using.

A window, not a tab
Its own icon in the taskbar and its own window — no address bar, no tabs, nothing to close by accident while you are marking a day.
Signed in before anything opens
The app checks your email and password itself. A wrong password is answered on its own screen — you are never thrown at a half-loaded web form to find out.
Remember me, sealed by Windows
Tick the box and the next start needs only Enter. The password is never written in the clear — Windows seals it with your own account key, so the file is useless on any other machine or login.
Always the current app
The window loads the live platform, so every improvement we ship is there the next time you open it — no reinstall, no version drift between one desk and the next.
Its own session
Separate from your browser: no extensions reading the page, no shared history, and links that lead outside the app open in your normal browser rather than inside it.
Light on the machine
A shell, not a second copy of the system. Around 200 MB installed, and the counting, reports and payroll all happen on the server — an old office PC runs it happily.
Setup Guide

Installed and signed in in about two minutes

Three steps. Nobody from IT needs to be involved.

Download the installer
Press the button above. Your browser saves NexuAttend-Setup.exe — about 86 MB.

Run it
Double-click the file. Windows shows a blue Windows protected your PC notice, because the installer does not carry a code-signing certificate yet — choose More info → Run anyway. Installing over an older version is fine.

Sign in
Use the same email and password you use on the web. Tick Remember me and the next start needs only Enter.

Improvements to NexuAttend itself reach you automatically, because the app loads the live platform. The installer only needs replacing when the desktop shell itself changes — we will say so when it does.
